2004 Boise Open
Danny Armijo, the eleventh ranked player in the world, came to town and walked away with wins in the Open and Masters Divisions. Armijo beat Jeramy Morton, the Montana State champion in the Open Finals and Shooter Pearce in the Masters Final. He won $1,000 for his efforts. Brett Plummer beat Matte Steele to win the open Consolation final and took home the $200 prize check. In B. Singles Scott Cleveland defeated Jordan Mardis for the championship. Ricardo Lopez prevailed in the C. Division winning the final over Lynn Sorenson. Shooter Pearce redeemed himself in the Golden Masters by defeating Last years champ Joe Cox. Super Golden winner from last year Paul Wachholz repeated in that class. Al Birkland won the 70+ Diamond Division. Kastner/Steele won the Open Doubles, second place went to Webb/Young. Masters Doubles went to Ryerse/Marker who won over Meis/Freeman. In the Golden Masters Doubles Cox/Morse won over Lima Moore. Super Golden Doubles Champs were B. Sevieri/Kooy over Vandermere/ Phillips. B. Doubles went to Cleveland/Lopez who defeated Booth/Rush. The C. Doubles were won by Mardis/Sander, Second place went to Soth/Sorensen. Your Court Reporter
